Pandemic Policy
Policies of the State of California do not allow us to require masks or vaccinations, since we are co-sponsored by the City of Santa Barbara, whose policies follow the state's.
That said, we encourage you to properly wear N-95, KN-95, KF-94, or equivalent masks and to be fully vaccinated, for the protection of yourself, and others, including those in your shared living spaces.

Dance time: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
New dancer orientation: one-half hour before dance time.
Admission: $12–15
Discount admission: 2020 Contra Dance Friends, $12; Teens and students to 24, $5; 12 and under, free. No discount for festivals.
Dance schedule for 2023: three-month trial of 2nd and 4th Sundays with some exceptions.
Refreshments, individually wrapped, provided by the SBCDS. Drinking fountain in the Ballroom Lobby. Stay hydrated.
On occasion, a dance is canceled, rescheduled, or relocated; always double check before traveling for a dance. Personnel, price and schedule are subject to change. Personnel may change without notice.
